Project Profile: Hobbit Airbnb
The Hobbit Airbnb, the People’s Choice Winner and Small Residential Winner, is a fantasy-themed short-term rental property in Crestone, Colorado, at 8,000 feet elevation.

Project Profile: Cottonwood Village
Cottonwood Village, in Powell, Wyoming, was the Multifamily Low-Rise Winner. It is one of the first subdivisions to use ICF construction for every home and is the first subdivision in the western United States to use a time-saving pre-cut program.

Project Profile: West End Oasis
This pool project was the People’s Choice Winner and Pools 2nd Runner-Up, representing the first ICF pool built in Canada’s easternmost province.
