This year marks the 19th annual ICF Builder Awards, which is the premier event for recognizing ICF construction. This year, the event ceremony will be held in-person on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at World of Concrete. Returning this year are the popular People’s Choice Awards, as well as the top picks of our judging panel. Awards will be given for the winning projects in the following categories:

Residential: Small (3,000 sq. ft. or less); Large (3,001 to 6,000 sq. ft.); Unlimited (Over 6,000 sq. ft.) MultiFamily: Duplexes, apartments, hotels
MultiFamily Low-Rise: Under 5 stories
Commercial: Light (less than $5 million); Heavy ($5 million+)
Education: K-12 educational buildings
Pools: Residential or commercial ICF pools

Fox Blocks’ Integrated Learning Center has provided complimentary Primary ICF Installer training programs to thousands of candidates over the last three years. In a concerted effort to help address the nationwide labor shortage in the ICF construction industry, the ILC program has been updated.
